SAT Tutoring - Verbal Skills and Essay-Writing

Assisting high school students in achieving their highest potential on SAT verbal skills and essay-writing.

I practiced law from 1981-1984 in Seattle. I taught at community colleges, including Seattle Central and Edmonds Paralegal Program, from 1981-1991. Since 1991, have been teaching Introduction to Law and Business, Government and Society at the University of Washington School of Business. In addition, I taught Business Writing courses at the UW Business School for three years. In 1994, I completed the non-fiction writing certificate in the Extension Program at the University of Washington.

I've tutored high school students in SAT verbal skills since December of 2004.

Hobbies: creative writing, gardening, hiking, kayaking, volunteer speaker for the American Civil Liberties Union.
