Lessons Unlimited offers voice lessons at each of our Lessons Unlimited music school locations. Our voice lessons are designed to help develop advanced singing skills. Students who partake in our vocal coaching lessons can anticipate improvement in their singing voice and performing presence. Depending on a student’s goals, we can focus lessons on developing a student’s ability to sing in collaboration with others, we can focus on developing solo skills, stage presence, and performing confidence, or we can elect to learn and develop a combination of each skill set to help shape a more rounded and diverse vocal artist.
During the course of voice study, our instructors teach the fundamentals of vocal production. Vocal production is a complex series of concepts. We teach it through the exploration of sub-concepts like developing proper singing posture, breathing techniques, tone production, diction, and expression. In addition to learning and perfecting these fundamental voice skills our faculty also teach music reading fundamentals to each of our vocal students as well.
As a student gains confidence and singing skill, instructors can work with each student to begin to incorporate singing styles and musical genres of particular interest to each student.
