Among these methods are practicing techniques that maximize your efficiency avoiding wasteful repetition and body mechanics that give fluid and effortless facility around the instrument using weights and balance as opposed to counter productive or even injurious muscular tension.

As a teacher, I take pride in my understanding of the broad differences in how people learn and also give recognition as how the cello fits into each student’s life. My ultimate goal is to teach my students to be their own teacher. In my lessons you will learn both the how and why while always being invited to scrutinize everything including what I teach.
